Triple Grid Cooler

The Triple Grid Cooler, the first generation Geelen Counterflow cooler design in 1980, is particularly suited to pelleted products with good flowing capabilities. Typical applications are for cooling of feed pellets, wood pellets, pulp pellets etc.

Swivel Valve Cooler

The Swivel Valve Cooler can handle any type of granular product. It is also the cleanest discharge sstem available, leaving no product in the cooler after emptying.

Meal Cooler

The Meal Cooler is specially designed to cool meal products, without excessive pollution of the cooler or the exhaust system. Modifications to the discharge system, cooler bin, product distributor, collecting hopper, product sensors and air system have transformed a standard counterflow cooler into a Meal Cooler.

Double Deck Cooler

An Intermediate Gate can be installed above the main cooler deck (triple grid or swivel valve) to reduce the downtime in between any two product runs, whitout any compromise to efficiency or product quality.
