Geelen Counterflow has appointed Diego Clivio from Argentina as
its new Sales Manager for Latin America per September 4th, 2006.
Diego will be working for Geelen Counterflow Argentina. He will be based in Chacabuco,
Argentina from where he will travel frequently throughout Latin America.
Diego has a respectable background in the petfood industry, having worked since
1999 as a Technical Manager with Molino Chacabuco in Chacabuco, Argentina, where
he was responsible, amongst others, for the installation and fine-tuning of our
dryers and coolers for petfood and feed. He knows first hand how counterflow
technology can be used to the advantage of our customers.
Diego has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lujan and
is a part-time professor of food engineering at the University of Chacabuco.
He has followed extrusion courses at Texas A&M and at the Swiss Institute
of Feed Technology.
We are convinced that he will be able to make a very valuable contribution to
the growing use of our counterflow systems in Latin America. He can be contacted
