The latest generation Continuous Dryers (1, 2 or 3 drying decks)
are now available with following options:
Air Recirculation Unit
(see article elsewhere in this news section). A cost saving,
compact solution for fines separation, air volume control and
air heating.
Insulation of the entire dryer including Air
Recirculation Unit.
Belt distributor. Completely programmable
by PLC, this distributor achieves a better product bed, leading
to higher moisture uniformity.
Intermediate Deck. Installed
above any continuous dryer, this extra dryer deck allows for
faster change-overs from one product to the next.
Automatic
moisture control by means of patented calculation system, optionally
in combination with microwave moisture sensor.
